The CEO Program

The CEO Program is an executive level program designed to cover the most beneficial directions and practices in Hospice. This program is a deliberate concentration on the practices of Hospices that operate in the 90th percentile with extraordinary quality as well as margins with FOCUS on the topics only a CEO can address. Profitability will be covered in-depth as essential to organizational sustainability and capacity. This 2-day program is designed to create a clear roadmap of what is specifically needed to move into the neighborhood of Hospice outliers.

Participants will learn: 
How to convincingly explain why profitability is needed and is right.
To identify key measurements/metrics and distinguish between mediocre and world class performance.
The specific actions that are required to move a hospice into the 90th percentile regarding profitability.
