Customize Model Workbooks #6, #7 & #8 for your Hospice
It is very exciting to see what hospices are doing with their People Development processes. As referenced in the People Development and The Model™ CD, MVI has created 3 Model Workbooks that can be customized for immediate use at your hospice. These workbooks are available in a Microsoft Word format so that editing is easy (Find and Replace is an invention of the gods). These workbooks focus on The Model™ and many of the business aspects of hospice, and can be used to help teach your hospice's culture and practices.

Workbooks #6, #7 and #8 are to be used for teaching the business of hospice to three of your most important functional groups. Each workbook contains common elements like Vision & Values, the Visit and operational metrics so that everyone will be on the same page in the organization. Also, each workbook contains specific material pertinent to the particular functional roles of each group. For example, the Board of Directors Workbook #8 addresses the Duty of Care requirement, an essential function that directly applies to this group with less applicability to the other groups. These materials can be used as-is at your hospice OR you can customize the content.
