“Everything was explained beautifully during the training, and I walked away saying “I get it!” By “it” I mean the Directional Correctness topics of Systems/Standardization, Compensation/Incentives, Measures, Accountability, and Leadership/Leadership Development. This education has enlightened me throughout multiple facets of life, and I’ve already had the pleasure of taking accountability for my own lack of systemization. I’ll be creating and putting into place systems for every component of my position.”
