Testimonials

“Andrew, thank you for being a GREAT TEACHER! The information and ideas that you presented have impacted my professional and personal life… Your enthusiasm and motivation are contagious! I can’t wait to develop Standards, implement System7 and make Mountain Valley Hospice the best ever! The ripple effect will impact many people, employees, patients and families. Thank you! WOW!”

Anna Marie Hoyer, Mountain Valley Hospice

“I hate putting all excellent reviews because it usually means that I didn’t tell the truth, Not This Time! All Excellent!”

Nick Dantoni, Passion Hospice

“Helpful to take an extremely nebulous and virtually undefeatable multi-headed beast and clarifies how to solve each and every major issue. Absolutely breathtaking and spiritual location, THANK YOU!”

David Testa, Passion Hospice

“It was such a meaningful experience. It truly embodied the feeling of a retreat. It was very empowering to share the experience with like minded individuals. What you guys are doing at MVI is life changing, not only for the people that you teach, but for their patients, their friends, their children, etc. The philosophy that we learned from MVI is a way of life. Thank you so much!”

DaLee Stratton, WV Caring

“This has shown me so many areas of opportunity and growth. I took the Clinical Leader class last year, and this class has really deepened my understanding my role in empowering staff, to become all they can in their roles.”

Brandon Loy, Four Seasons Hospice
